I REIN FOR REIN
hello! lately i have been obsessed with a japanese band from the 80's called i rein for rein but there is barely any information on the band online! that really sucks because i love their music and i really want to know more about them. so this blog post is going to compile everything i know about the band into one place. so for starters the name. most commonly known as 'i rein for rein' sometimes spelt ' i re'in for re'in ' (why the apostrophes? - i have no clue). or by the japanese translation [ アイリーン・フォーリーン ], anyways they are also known as irene foreen which im guessing is just i rein for rein but spelt in a different way? still not 100% aure what it means but there are a couple blog posts about i rein for rein under that name. they started in 1984 with five members - takaaki yasuoka (vocals and keyboard), asao hori (vocals and guitar), isao kuwamoto (bass), itsuo nakagoshi (drums), and yoshiaki arisawa (guitar). together they made their first th...
